Composition

Aguas de Mondariz has two differentiated products with their own characteristics and compositions: Mondariz water, and Fuente del Val.

Water of Mondariz

Mondariz water is a slightly mineralised water, and is an excellent source of fluoride and iron for the body. Drinking just two litres of Mondariz water daily covers between 15 and 20% of the daily recommended intake of both minerals.

Organoleptic characteristics

Transparent, colourless, a unique glow derived from granite soils through which it filters, are the most outstanding characteristics. It is odourless and without any strange flavours, and has a characteristic Mondariz water aste which has been preserved over time ever since its marketing began.

Fuente del Val

Fuente del Val is a water with low sodium content and indicated for diets poor in this mineral. The low sodium and bicarbonates content also makes it ideal for preparing infant foods.

Organoleptic characteristics

Transparent, colourless and without particulate matter. Odourless and without any strange flavours, with a characteristic taste of Fuente del Val water.
