The history of Mondariz is about a brand that, with the passage of the years, has added characteristics that define it: Mondariz represents the elegance and distinction inherited from a historical and cultural prominence that we try to recover actively. In addition, it represents ecology and sustentainability, through the commitments we adopt in our environment, located in the Natura Net. It is also an unequivocal symbol of health thanks to its mineromedicinal waters that have been consumed to fight against many illnesses through the passage of time and whose properties we spread.

Mondariz is also Galicia. It is so because we act like Galician people everyday, when we create wealth and hundreds of families benefit from the activity we generate. It is so because we act like Galician people when we develop projects with the Galician Royal Academy, with the Ministry of Culture of the Galician Government, with the Galician Royal Academy of Fine Arts, with the Official Association of Architects of Galicia and many other institutions. It is so because we act like Galician people when we sponsor the Xacobeo 2010.

And we act like Galician people from a global perspective, what allows us to collaborate with many foreign institutions and export not only our products, but also our values and our culture to a set of about thirty countries. We act like Galician people through the Galician language, the Spanish one and any other language that allow us to explain ourselves.

Mondariz is, like Galicia, a symbol of life, of adaptation and overcoming. That is why we are proud of being Galician, in the unique sense of the word.
